What happens after I sign up?

The short answer is…nothing—until you want it to. We are always adding new services that you can have performed in your home. Some services you can schedule on a recurring basis, at the same time and day every month or two. Other services you can schedule as a one-time event. We strive to have an option for every service that fits your home, your budget, and your schedule.

How do I pay for the services?

You will pay for the service with a credit card when the service is scheduled. You will notice as you browse the service offerings that a few services are only offered as a one-time service (like house cleaning). But most services have both one-time and monthly billing options (like pest control or weed control). This is simply to give you even more convenience and efficiency in scheduling more frequent services.

No Contracts? Really?

Really! If you don’t find this to be the best way to schedule home services, then we are not fulfilling our mission as a company. We don’t want you feeling obligated to use Tdooz if you don’t find value in our service. You may then be asking how ongoing services like a monthly bill for pest control works then? Even though we will charge your card monthly, if you select this type of service, there is still NO CONTRACT. If you are not happy with the ongoing scheduled service, simply cancel and we will get settled up on the billing after the fact. Depending on when the cancellation falls in the billing cycle of the service being performed, we may make one last charge to make sure services that have been performed are fully paid for. But that is it! No gimmicks, no tricks.

Who performs the service?

Tdooz is set up a lot like Uber or Lyft. We have existing relationships with top-tier service providers in your area. When you schedule a service through our app, the job goes out to our approved, vetted, licensed, and insured third party providers. Those providers then accept the job for the day and time you selected and show up to perform the work. Tdooz is always here if there is an issue or need. We stand behind the service performed!

How does the service scheduling work?

At Tdooz we HATE “service windows”. We have all been there. You schedule someone to perform a service at your house and then they tell you they will be there between 8 and 12. Congratulations, you are now a prisoner in your own home, until they decide to show up, inevitably 5 minutes before 12. With Tdooz, you set a day and a time and that is when your service provider plans to show up.
